C. WESOnline Meet Specific Data (Camera and Microphone)

To provide video conferencing services, WESOnline Meet requires access to your device's camera and microphone.

• Real-time Audio and Video: We process your audio and video streams to facilitate the meeting. This data is transmitted in real-time and is not stored by us unless a recording is explicitly initiated.
• Recordings: If a meeting host chooses to record a meeting, we will collect and store the recording (including audio, video, and screen sharing) on our servers. Participants are notified when a recording is in progress.

• Facilitate video and audio communications via WESOnline Meet;
